Theatre performance based on Nobel laureate Svetlana Aleksijevitj’s book about women who fought in the Soviet army during World War II. The women's hitherto unknown accounts of life have been given new life by the Danish theater association Katusha. Actress and director Pia Rosenbaum is the only person on stage accompanied by recorded voices from eighteen Danish actresses. Scenographer Thomas Kolding and sound and video artist David Matschofsky add to the theatrical performance.
